Ingredients:
2 Onions Sliced 5-6 Cloves of Garlic chopped 1 cups of besan 1/4 cup rice flour 1/2 tsp hing 1/4 tsp turmeric pwdr 1/2 tsp chilly pwdr 2 Green chilly chopped Curry Leaves Salt to taste 1 tsp ghee Oil to FryMethod:
1.In bowl add besan,rice flour,hing,salt,chilly pwdr,turmeric pwdr, ghee and mix well.
2. Now add the onions,garlic,curry leaves,green chillies to the mix.
3. Sprinkle some water and make semi dry batter.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Take a small portion of the batter and crumble it into the hot oil.
5. Fry them until they turn nice crispy golden brown.

* Semi dry batter means that avoid adding more water than needed to bond the ingredients together.
* Garlic is jus optional. But it does give a nice flavour.
* You can also add cashews to make ur pakodas rich.
*Store them in a tight container and they ll be nice n crispy for 3-4 days 🙂
